disting EX firmware v1.6 released

Version 1.6 of the disting EX firmware is now released. This update adds a major new algorithm - Poly Wavetable, an eight voice polyphonic synthesiser with effects. It also adds a new dual mode algorithm - the 24dB/octave VCF - and includes numerous small enhancements.
